Last Updated: January 19, 2026

1) Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using authenticintentionscoaching.com (the “Website”), purchasing any products or services, or participating in any coaching, programs, courses, memberships, workshops, events, or digital products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.

These Terms are between you and AuthenticIntentionsCoaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

Contact: chris@authenticintentionscoaching.com | P.O. Box 1436, Chino Valley, AZ 86323.

2) Who We Serve

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or purchase Services. By using the Website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3) Coaching Disclaimer (No Medical, Mental Health, Legal, or Financial Advice)

Coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health or medical conditions. The Services are for informational and educational purposes and are intended to support personal growth, insight, and goal achievement.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. Any information we provide—whether on the Website, in coaching sessions, in written materials, or in digital products—does not create a professional-client relationship in those fields.

If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact emergency services immediately (in the U.S., call or text 988) or go to your nearest emergency room.

4) No Guarantees; Results Vary

You acknowledge that results depend on many factors outside our control, including your participation, effort, and circumstances. We make no guarantees about outcomes, earnings, health improvements, relationship outcomes, or specific results.

5) Services, Products, and Program Terms

Specific offerings may have additional terms (including program duration, session frequency, included materials, and access periods). Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict, the offering-specific terms govern for that offering.

6) Payments, Billing, and Taxes

· Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

· Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe or PayPal). You agree to their terms as applicable.

· By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the amount due, including recurring charges if you enroll in a subscription or payment plan.

· You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

7) Subscriptions and Payment Plans

If you purchase a subscription or payment plan:

· You agree to pay all installments on time.

· Failure to pay may result in paused access, termination of Services, and/or referral to collections where permitted by law.

· Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation terms are described at checkout or in the relevant offering terms.

8) Refunds and Cancellations

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing to chris@authenticintentionscoaching.com within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, less any non-refundable payment processing fees charged to us by the payment processor (if applicable).

No refunds will be provided after a program has been delivered, including once program access has been granted, program materials have been delivered, or the program start date has occurred—whichever happens first—except where required by law.

Scheduling / Rescheduling (48-hour window):

· You must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session.

· Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited and counted as completed sessions, without refund or credit.

· We may reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen conflicts.

9) Your Responsibilities

· Provide accurate information when purchasing or participating.

· Participate respectfully and in good faith.

· Maintain responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results.

10) Account Access (If Applicable)

If the Website provides account access, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the Website and within the Services—including text, graphics, videos, worksheets, templates, course materials, logos, and brand elements—is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

12) Digital Products and Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically. Because digital content can be accessed immediately, refunds are typically not offered unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy or required by law.

We are not responsible for technology limitations on your end (device compatibility, internet access, email delivery issues, spam filters, etc.). If you do not receive access, contact chris@authenticintentionscoaching.com.

13) Confidentiality and Group Settings

We respect confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose your private information except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

If you participate in group coaching, communities, or live events, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants. We cannot guarantee the conduct of other participants, but violations may result in removal without refund.

14) Testimonials and Results Statements

Testimonials and examples are not guarantees. If you submit a testimonial, comment, or review, you grant us permission to use it for marketing, in whole or in part, unless you explicitly revoke consent in writing. We may edit for clarity while preserving the meaning.

15) User Content and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

· Violate any law or infringe intellectual property rights.

· Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.

· Upload malicious code, spam, or attempt unauthorized access.

· Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

16) Third-Party Links and Tools

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

17) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

18) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal dissatisfaction, arising from your use of the Website or Services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

19) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AuthenticIntentionsCoaching LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

20) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we deem harmful to others, the community, or our business. Refunds (if any) will be governed by the Refund Policy and any offering-specific terms.

21) Dispute Resolution (Informal Resolution + Binding Arbitration)

Good-Faith Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at chris@authenticintentionscoaching.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

The arbitration will be conducted in Yavapai County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) then in effect, unless the parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Individual Basis Only: Arbitration will take place on an individual basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and the Company waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

22) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

23) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change. Your continued use of the Website or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24) Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
